Why Speaking Now?

The Scriptures tell us that the primary mode that God spreads His message is through word of mouth. The spoken word is effective and powerful for life and death (Prov. 18:21). The New Testament itself is replete with commands for the Gospel and the truths of the faith to be spoken and contended for. Paul commands Timothy, a young man pursuing ministry to constantly “preach the word” (2 Tim. 4:2). So, we find Biblical basis for speaking the truths of God’s Word in winsome, Gospel-centered ways.

Not only this, but it is nearly impossible for the local church to be served by a message that is purely online. Since our hope and goal is to serve the local church in its efforts to spread the Gospel and make disciples, it has been decided to seek out the local churches and serve them directly.

Speaking About What?

A lot of different topics can be addressed, but some of the topics that David favors as an area of speciality include, but are not limited to:

• Discipleship for Elders and Youth
• Discernment and Culture
• The Lies of Adolescence
• Jewish Influences in Christianity
• The Gospel: Joy and Suffering

Where Will You be Speaking?

It would be our hope and pleasure to be able to say that we would speak anywhere but, because of the practical challenges, financial limitations, and logistics generally, David is only available to speak in Western Pennsylvania, particularly around the Greater Pittsburgh Metropolitan Area.
